WINEMAKING PROCESS

This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our Padeiro, Espadeiro and Vinhão grapes, the fruit of a perfect harmony between tradition and modern, sustainable winemaking techiques. Grapes were destemmed and then pressed at low pressures. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
